This phone provides PN offsets only when in field test mode.

DO NOT GO CHANGING ANY OF THE VALUES IN THIS MENU UNLESS YOU KNOW, WITHOUT A DOUBT, WHAT YOUR DOING.

IF YOU ACCIDENTLY CHANGE SETTINGS, YOU COULD RENDER YOUR PHONE UNUSABLE.

For older models you can power cycle the phone to get out of the field test screen. Its a pain, everytime the phone is turned on one has to enter the code and menu combination to enable that screen.
